Any permit that is not on our list of online permits, requires plans through our Dashboard. To submit plans electronically for review, visit www.lasvegasnevada.gov/dashboard.
Please note that since 2019, all plans must be submitted electronically for permits to Building & Safety. All files must be submitted as a PDF on our website.
